I am lazy to change sometime. I lack devoted efforts to initiate a new outcome. I realize I need the motivation and momentum factors for this transformation.

I have a disturbing personality INFJ, often conflicting with myself by the domain of feeling and judging. Conscientiously, I like thinking with my introspective and intuitive domains, about how others feel and what they value. But I can be strict about rules and think fairness comes from being impartial. I’m tired of struggling inside to ease others’ pain while also being fair to everyone. I could, I would rather choose passivity and give up, when I have no idea how!

According to Book of Genesis chapter 3, when Eve and Adam were tempted to eat the forbidden fruit in order to gain wisdom about good and evil, they were deceived. The fruit seemed impressive and desirable, a quick and pleasant way to becoming as wise as God. However, this led to a disastrous outcome – learning about the knowledge of good and evil through life and death, and living in a shameful condition, being critical of others with blames.

Previous article, I was looking at how trust is betrayed by narcissism in a cycle. Ego is a good motivation to pave the learning path to gain control and be devoted with efforts of initiative and diligence to grow. However, while unhealthy ego being the domain, the pathway is manipulative rather than accountability.

Trusting God’s ways requires tremendous humility to obey, in order to subdue the manipulation successfully. When wickedness grows, we are required to validate every scheme, and live in fear. The knowledge of good and evil is constructed by fear and doubt to accumulate. Without resilience to regulate, the outcome can be traumatic rather than charismatic. However, wisdom is to grow with faith in God’s goodness, which by God never selfish and stingy to give as book of James 1:3 says: “ any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you.

Adam and Eve failed to trust God completely to gain wisdom, needless to eat the knowledge of good and evil that led to death. Jesus paved the learning path for mankind, the second change to learn it well by faith by His immortal sacrificial love.

To achieve a good result with initiative and industrious, I need wisdom, rather just merely gaining the knowledge of good and evil.

In the beginning, mankind were motivated to gain wisdom by the desire of being like God as wise as Him, this should go on the momentum to learn wisdom through God’s ways by faith of His agape love.
